About Me

Allison Waguespack is a Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher, and Writer and the Creator of the KLARITY Mindsette. She has been teaching Yoga & Mindfulness since 2004 when she completed her first teacher training in San Francisco with renowned Ashtanga Teacher (and personal instructor for the Grateful Dead), Larry Shultz. An educationalist at heart, Allison has continued her training with renowned instructors David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Seane Corn, Sarah Powers and Jason Crandell; as well as completing a one-year Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers training program with Jason Ray Brown. Allison has recently completed an intensive two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training Certification Program taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and accredited through the Awareness Training Institute & Greater Good Science Center at University of California at Berkeley.  

Her weekly yoga classes offer nourishment for the Physical Body and the Spirit with challenging and creative vinyasa sequences, dynamic music and real life inspiration with a bit of humor thrown in. Along with teaching her public classes, private clients, small group classes and conducting workshops, Allison leads her KLARITY Mindsette Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats in exotic locations around the world. KLARITY Mindsette is the culmination of Allison’s passionate project over the last 19 years to share the life-changing skills that are vital to relinquish the patterns that hold us back from joy and freedom. Since 2013 She has taught yoga and her customized  KLARITY Mindsette curriculum as part of the prestigious Conservatory Program at Michael Howard Studios, The Professional Acting Studio for Theatre, Film and Television in New York City’s artsy Chelsea District, teaching professional actors from all over the world. Some of those actor have appeared in such projects as: The Americans, Billions, Blacklist, Blue Bloods, Boardwalk, Bull, Californication, Cobra Kai, Deception, Downton Abbey, Emergence, Empire, Fargo, Girls, the Good Wife, Gotham, Homeland, Jessica Jones, L7O: SVU, Life, Lincoln Rhyme, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Madam Secretary, New Girl, Orange is the New Black, Power, Show Me a Hero, Person of Interest, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Unforgettable, White Collar, 30 Rock, and many many more.

In addition, Allison writes her weekly newsletter and has had several articles featured in the Elephant Journal online magazine. She continues to study, practice and teach daily and she is grateful for all of her wonderful teachers, especially her biggest teachers, her two children. She resides with them, her husband and their two dogs in Delray Beach, Florida.
